If the file path contains CJK characters, SE always show "Save Deleted Files" prompt while opening the file.

I have a fix for this.  It is a new dll, and I prefer not to attach those here.  Would you please PM me an email address and I will send it to you?

I have made a note of your email address... perhaps you want to delete your post so that address is not sitting there?

Are you using 32-bit Windows?

Typically we do not put a .dll in a hotfix.  It will be in the 16.0.1 update.

I will send a dll to fix this to the email address you posted earlier.  Perhaps you would like to delete your post so that your email address is not out there?
