Is there an upgrade policy for newly purchased licenses?

SlickEdit Support:
New retail perpetual licenses and upgrade purchases made within 30 days of a major product release will receive a free upgrade to the newly released version.  The free upgrade will be available in your SlickEdit web account within 30 days of the new major release.
