Win7x64 B1: Double-click in reference tab does not go to reference
« on: September 02, 2014, 06:11:14 PM »
After searching for a reference with "Ctl-/", if I then double-click on the reference in the reference window (the one on the left), the buffer will not switch to the reference location. If I single click it, it shows the code in the right window, and I can double-click the code in this window to take my buffer to that location. Or, if I single click it, and then double-click it, it will change the buffer to the reference location. However, this is extra effort, and I like the old performance better.

I was unable to reproduce this.  Does this happen with all files?

Yes. I am using C. I also auto-hide my References tab. Just to be sure, it is the file buffer window that does not go to the reference when double-clicking the _left_ window in the References tab. If I double-click in the References tab _right_ window (the code preview) it works.

Is it always or mostly the first reference in a file?

If it's the first reference, it's probably the same issue as:
http://community.slickedit.com/index.php/topic,10290.0.html and
http://community.slickedit.com/index.php/topic,10258.0.html
And already fixed.

I can confirm I have the same issue with my B1 copy though; if it is indeed different.

:)

This seems to work correctly for me in B2.

Sorry for dropping out of the discussion there for a while.
I just tried B2 and it works. Thanks!
