I'm using SE MAC and some fonts I choose with the "Current line highlight" setting of "Draw box only" in Tools/Options/Appearance/General cause the box to draw about 2 pixels down thus chopping the font. I'm not sure if this is an SE issue or a font issue. Here are some pictures of the "Default Fixed" font from the O/S and the "Consolas" font which draws badly. I think the Consolas font comes from the Microsoft tools installation but I've seen a few other of my fonts with this same issue (not sure of their sources).
