bookmarks acting strange...

- Right click on a symbol (c++ call to a method)
- Type CTRL-.
- Choose the appropriate file you wish to see (.cc or .h).  SlickEdit opens that file.
- Drag that file's tab outside of SlickEdit to create a new SlickEdit window in the UI. Now you have two panels, each having tabs at the top (the new one will have just one tab for the new file you opened).
- Type CTRL-, to return to the previous file

This results in an empty second window, because the second file gets closed.  Is this normal and designed behavior?

I can see this being useful if in one window...by not keeping buffers open that were just temporarily viewed, but I'm wondering if the default functionality if using two windows should be to not close the file.

Am I looking at this incorrectly?

Same issue as this: http://community.slickedit.com/index.php/topic,10242.0.html

We will definitely address this.

This is fixed for the next beta. By default, when the last mdi child editor window is removed from a floating mdi window (by any mechanism), that floating mdi window is automatically closed.
