Upgrading maintenance subscription to multiplatform?

So I've got this Linux/Windows subscription and now my company is moving me onto a mac in the next few months (web development) I believe my company will pay for my SE license for the but it got me wondering - Can I upgrade my subscription to a "multi-platform" one or do I have to buy fresh in this case?

should be possible to upgrade from Linux/Windows to multi-plattform. I did this before. Simply give SlickEdit sales a call and explain what you like to do.
