Beta2, Alt-<SP> codehelp_complete (argument completion wierdness)
« on: September 03, 2014, 09:05:46 pm »
open "stdprocs.e", online 6761 put the cursor just inside "pos("

int i=pos(possiblePrefix,name,'',searchOptions);

and press alt-Space.

A popup appears to help complete the arguments.
Now press
    Ctrl+Shift+Space
many times, and the text of the line is changed to:

int i=pos(pretrieve_next possiblePrefix possiblePrefix,name,'',searchOptions);

Where did "pretrieve_next" come from?
OK, I see that it is a symbol completion from other symbols in the file, but what is Ctrl+Shift+Space supposed to do?
Seems wierd.

When auto-complete is active, Ctrl+Shift+Space is supposed to insert one character of the currently selected symbol.  You have uncovered a bug in that functionality.  Thanks for reporting that.  I will fix this.
