Never mind. Ctrl+Click doesn't seem to work in GNU emacs emulation but it works in all other emulations (even epsilon which is almost identical).

Ctrl+Click in GNU emacs emulate is bound to mou_gnu_track_insert. It needs to be bound to mou_click_copy. This will be fixed in the next beta. You can fix this by binding this yourself Tools>Options>Keyboard and Mouse>Key Bindings.
