Slick C tag file for beta 3 still points at beta 1 macro files

I installed beta 3 and pointed it at the config folder I had been using with beta 1.  Using fp select_bookmark takes me to a beta 1 installation bookmarks.e file.  Manual rebuild of the tag file gets the correct ones.
