window frame color
« on: September 16, 2014, 10:20:42 PM »
Beta 5: Windows 7
I changed the color of the windows
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance

The windows from the View->Tool Windows like Search Results,Preview did not change color like most of the other windows.

Is there a setting the can change the color of these windows?

Thanks

Clark

I tried and it worked the way I expected. Any dialog or tool window with an editor control uses the colors you have defined for your editor control. Is that what you are seeing? The editor control colors don't inherit any system colors.

Is there some other component that doesn't have the color you expect?

The editor control colors don't inherit any system colors.

The window frame of a tab that is "Float" has the system color that is the same as all the other windows.
I had noticed that undocked window tools, the window frame did not have the system color.
