B5: First launch on retina display has fuzzy font
« on: September 17, 2014, 06:10:31 PM »
Running OS X Mavericks, MBP 15" Retina early 2013. The upgrade went as smoothly, correctly, and quickly as I have come to expect from SlickEdit. However, the first time B5 opened, on the retina display, it showed the low-resolution font. I quit and re-launched B5, and it shows with high-resolution font as expected.

Also, when closing the released SlickEdit, I had several floated windows. When launching B5 for the first time, those other windows show in the Windows menu item, but they're not visible on the monitor screens. I'm just doing a "close all" and starting fresh. A fresh start on window arrangement seems entirely reasonable to me.

Very nice upgrade experience. Nice work, SlickEdit team!
