Win7x64:B5 diff path 2 issue

I have another issue with how path 2 is automatically changed.
Diff files with the following paths:
 - c:\Specific Path\Dir 1\file.c
 - c:\Specific Path\Dir 2\file.c
Hit OK and then exit.
Reopen the diff option window and click the end of path 1. Hit backspace until you remove the last '\' in path 1 and watch as path 2 completely changes to a users directory. Specifically - "c:\%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Temp"

I can post pictures if needed but this is consistently reproducible for me.

It tries to set the path to what you last used for the path in Path 1.  You can click off Toggle Automatic Directory Mapping (looks like two little links of chain) if you don't like it.
