syntax highlighting for CMakeLists.txt files
« on: September 27, 2014, 04:44:40 pm »
Is there any way to highlight "CMakeLists.txt" files without associating the ".txt" extension to a user-defined cmake language? (associating ".txt" would work, but it would also incorrectly pick up non-cmake files). The extensionless file manager lets users enter exact file names with extensions but it didn't work in this case.

Regards,
Iker

I created my own 'language', and then select the document mode for the CMakeLists.txt file in each of my projects. Not great, but it works. It would be nice to have more CMake support.

Eventually I would like to have better standardized pattern matching support for language modes. Right now it's mostly *.ext. There's also the extension less file manager which is nice but I don't think it supports files with an extension.
