Submitting a new macro

It's not clear how to submit a new user macro.  Do I just post it to this forum as a new topic, or create a new post describing it and attach the actual macro source.

It's a good idea to create a new topic w/ a posting containing an attached module.

But of course sometimes a posting with an inlined code snippet is also fine.
