vsdiff doesn't remember window size/position
« on: November 03, 2014, 07:42:49 pm »
I have my source control program set to run vsdiff to view a diff (P4V in this case).  It runs vsdiff with the two file names.

The issue is the vsdiff window opens up with a default small window in the middle of the screen.  I always have to manually resize or maximize it in order to actually read my diff.

Is there a way to manually specify the window position (command line) or have it remember its last position? This behavior is new in v19, v18 and earlier correctly remembered the window position.

Thanks for posting this.  This will probably be the first 19.0.0 hotfix.

If you want to PM me an email address, I'll send you a macro file that will fix this (I don't like to post macro files here).
