The Files toolwindow starts out as non-dockable in a new config. Is that intentional? Also clipboards and a couple of others start as non-dockable.
Maybe there's a case for having the files toolwindow docked and visible on the right hand side of a new config? What is the most common way that people choose a buffer I wonder?
