Win64:
I upgraded from Beta5 to RC3, and noticed the following:
-Tool window layout not preserved (I think there are other reposts of this).
-Key assignments for alt+. and alt+, (I reported this earlier; but sounds like it may be fixed)
-I had turned off the Toolbar (Button bar?), but it is now present after upgrading.
The last one is a new issue (for me). Known issue?
(I don't like using the mouse unnecessarily, and graphic-only icons confuse me. I can read faster than I can decipher a graphic)
