RC5 no longer available to download?

I went to my registered products page to download the Linux 64bit RC5, but it now shows: "No beta or release candidate products are currently available for you to test."

My page also only allows me to download SE 2013 as well, so no link to download SE 2014 yet.

On the same line that shows your SlickEdit 2013 Product and License download links there should also be an "Upgrade" button (or "Free Upgrade" if you have an active Maintenance and Support agreement for that Serial Number) to the far right. You can upgrade your current Serial Number with that button.
