Slick 2014, documentation
« on: November 14, 2014, 01:55:10 am »
I was trying to find the documentation for the "/" command.
Not easy to find.

Using the index in the Windows help file, look at find or search.
It takes you to a page (Chapter 10. Tools and utilities).
It describes "/" and "find", but not "L".
"/", "l" and "find" (_command int find,l,'/')
Are are the same command, though with slightly different functionality, but only "l" is in the help index.

Turns out, I really needed to use "L", but oddly this page on searching doesn't mention it at all.

I needed to search for the "/" character itself, which is not possible with the "/" command.

This page briefy mentions something about delimiters, but only in reference to the "c" command.

we will try to get this fixed up. I use the "l" command when I need to switch the delimiters too. That's what it's for. "find" is the same but more typing for command line users.
