Window 7 , 64bit , Crashed, yesterday installed

Hello, 

I had installed Slickedit 2014 yesterday. ( before i was using Slickedit 2013 )
and worked using ftp client of Slickedit to connect AIX Server remote machine.

today when i try to open Slickedit 2014 , it Crashed.
so i captured it and it is attached as file

Did you capture a dump file after it crashed?  That can help us try to isolate the crash or lockup.  The easiest method for capturing a dump file is using Windows Task Manager and right-click on the application in the Application or Processes tab and select Create Dump File.  Or you can use Visual Studio or WinDBG to capture a dump file if you have those tools available.

Zip up the dump file and you can post them here if the sizes aren't larger than allowed, or open a support case and they will direct you on how to upload it.

At work, i have the same problem.
but the MessgaeBox shows some information like belows

It seems to me that
when working remote machine, i used not to disconnect explicitly when exiting the Slickedit 2014.
and next time when open the Slickedit 2014, the program try to connect the remote machine.
but the information is not well saved.

BTW, i tried to reinstall the program hoping the program appears returned normally.
but the problem appears like before.

In your SlickEdit Configuration directory, typically a path like this: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My SlickEdit Config\19.0.0\, there is a file called vrestore.slk file. Rename this file to vrestore.slk.bak and start SlickEdit. SlickEdit will open without restoring any previously opened files.
