SlickEdit 2014 Mac - Annoying Window Behaviour
« on: March 05, 2015, 06:41:37 PM »
I recently upgraded to SlickEdit 2014 on my Mac.  Frequently I encounter weird windowing behavior.  Occasionally, when I click on an editor tab, the tab detaches, even though I did not drag.

When this happens, it's then sometimes impossible to re-attach the tab.  I can drag the window around, but when I release where I want it, it doesn't stick.  This also happens with tool windows.

Is this something that is known?

for now, try using the document tab context menu to dock the floating window to the main window group instead of trying to drag/drop it.
