Community reply emails missing the "http:"

When I get an email "Slickedit community / Topic Reply" the links in the email are not links anymore.
Here is the text from the most recent mail, notice that the URLs aren't fully formed.

Hmm...this happens to me too. We are looking into this. I thought it was some new email security thing her.
