RC5 installation problems

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit). The OS does not recognize RC5’s installer a valid installer.

Do you get any error message box from Windows? If so, post a picture here. If not, double check you downloaded the installation file se_19000205_win64.msi. I guess it's possible it got trashed during download or maybe you only got part of it.

I got the following error message:
"This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package."

the downloaded installation file is

yep, broken download. It installed correctly once I downloaded the whole file.
