19.0.2.5 W7 64-bit: Can't search in backup history with VIM emulation

When opening the backup history for a file, if I press '/' to do search, it just inserts a '/' character. If I press Ctrl-F, it jumps forward a page (which is part of VIM emulation).

Command mode is not yet supported in diff, backup history, and other dialog editor controls.
