RC5: WinX64 C000005 Exception on startup

Happens when I launch a project from a shortcut. The saved project had an XML file open when it was last saved.

Looks like it some combination of the XML file posting a notification that it can't find the schema file going on at same time as workspace/project restore.  We don't have a workaround at the moment, we will have fix this in a subsequent release.

Thanks Lee. If you're in that situation, delete the vpwhist file for the project.
