How to get Project Variables in a macro

Hi
I am trying to define a macro for make my work easiest...
Can you please help me to understand how can I get an _str filled up with the current project path (IE %rp) and an _str for the Output FileName

'_project_name' is a _str var which is set by SE for you to full path.
You might use e.g. 'prjpath := strip_filename( _project_name, 'NE' );' to get the path part of it.
Regarding project specific context like output filename refer to provided SE macro sources e.g. compile.e etc. Or maybe someone else can help..

In older versions of slickedit you could look up the source for _parse_project_command but in V19 it seems to be in the core so below is a copy of some of the function from slick V16 - look for where %ON is decoded.  The code snippets at the start are roughly what you need to look at.  Note how it calls itself recursively in case _ProjectGet_OutputFile contains % sequences.

You may be able to just call _parse_project_command to get what you want
         message(_parse_project_command('%O',"",_project_name, "");
