Can't Drag Selection

I used to be able to click and drag on selections. Recently that has stopped working. Instead, now clicking and dragging on a selection creates a new selection.

I suspect I modified something in my configuration that I shouldn't have, but I am unable to find it.

Trying set def_dragdrop to 1

That fixed it! Thank you Clark. I wish I knew how it got set to 0.
