Beta File for Windows 64 is not new

I downloaded the Beta 2.0 file and it is the same file that I downloaded on the October 1st.

The file sizes are identical and after installing the new file the CTRL-A still did not work in the Brief Emulation List Buffers.

Beta 2 was released 10/1.  The public announcement was yesterday.
