I use win-sshfs which attaches a removal drive to the PC. This drive (H: in explorer) does not appear in SE open tab window.
I found that if the drives change, while SE is open, the open window does not pick it up. To work around my drive issue I restarted SE.
SE should refresh the drives/filenames in the open window or at least a refresh on the right click menu (like eclipse does for the same issue).
