Environment: Win7x64, Visual Studio 2013, C++ Solution.
When VS is configured (Tools->Options->Project and Solutions->Build and Run) to produce more than the "minimal" output, ErrorRE mistakes the 'Build started" line in the output as a compiler diagnostic message.
