All child windows appear after minimize and restore

If the SE main window is minimized with minimized child windows and the main window is restored, all the minimized child windows restore instead of remaining minimized.

This is probably because floating windows are parented to the main window.

Still, it should be possible to monitor messages to the child and keep track of the state, and when the main window restores, restore the saved states.

It's difficult to have to deal with 20 minimized windows coming back to life when I don't want them to.  I avoid minimizing SE like the plague because of this.

Maybe I should put this in the Wishlist category.
