RC2: Slick-C Programming Best Practices opens help to generic page

I noticed that the Start-Menu entry "Slick-C Programming Best Practices" opens to a generic (blank) help page.

I don't think this is really even worth fixing but I thought I would report it anyway.

Good catch. This was supposed to be a link to a PDF in the docs directory (docs/SlickCMacroBestPractices.pdf).
