How do I change username in the Forums?

I have gone to Profile -> Account Settings in order to change my username; however, it is not available to change.  In addition, I have gone to the Profile -> Forum Profile and added Personal Text and it still displays the username.  Tested by creating a test post and the email is still visible.

I do not wish for the email to be the displayed username.
