Search Results window as editor window, drag outside frame, crash (v20.0.0.12)

I have the search results window open, portal style, at the bottom of my SE app frame. I selected "Open as Editor Window" and then attempted to drag that "Search Tab" to my 2nd monitor and got a Slick-C error.

Oddly, though, the dragged out search results window seems to work.

Additional detail:

While the dragged out search results window does seem to work, the left-docked, File Open dialog is exhibiting an issue. The folder view will not show or expand. The files are visible however.

Does this occur when you drag out any edit window?

I haven't been able to reproduce this with v20.0.0.12

You could try a default config (vs +new -sc <new-config-dir>).

Hi Clark,

I just tried and I can't reproduce it either, even without creating a default config.

I have restarted SE since that report. It is possible that I restarted my PC as well for other reasons. I lost track.

Anyway, it's not reproducible right now so, I would chalk it up as an anomaly at this point. If I see it again, I will let you know.

Too bad too, because I did a good postmortem on that with screen shots and trace data.
