File tabs tool window setting not migrated to 20.00.03

The file tabs tool window failed to show up again when I upgraded to 20.00.03.

You must set the macro variable "def_tbreset_with_file_tabs" to "1" (Macro>Set Macro Variable...). Then when you upgrade configs, it will restore the File Tabs tool window. Otherwise, it gets removed.
