If you do a replace in files and the current buffer has a file which changes then the file change status can get off if you then do an undo.

Steps to replicate:
  • Create a simple text file in a temp directory with the text `one` in it
  • Do a `replace in files`, directory, all files, one -> ONE, replace all
  • After the replace click on undo (not multifile undo)

The local SE buffer will revert back the change `ONE->one` but the file tab will not be marked as changed.

Reproduced. Can't be hot fixed.

Bug has do with undo trying to restore the modifiy flag to it's original state. It's restoring the modify flag to it's original state but in this case it shouldn't because the buffer was saved.

This looks like an old bug with grey hair  ;D
