Tools > Options > Appearance > Colors: Missing icons

In the "Profile" dropdown, the built in color schemes used to have a Slick edit icon, while user defined schemes do not.
In V21, those icons are gone entirely.


Same for "Associated symbol coloring profile".

Also, it lets you delete the build in schemes, though they don't stay deleted.

Good catch on the icons! Easy to fix.

The button issues for Delete and Rename was due to a single simple typo which incorrectly set the enable state.
