smart open tool window is case sensitive when it should be case insensitive

I am in linux, using smart open dialog.

I have a file in my project called "DspA.cxx"

In previous versions of SE, I could type it in all lower case: "dspa", and it would find it.

But now I need to make sure to match the case.

Would be great if this could be made case insensitive again.
