I normally run with a single file window and no file tabs. With v21 beta 2, when I open a project, it opens with all my existing files, but a single tab showing above the file window. If I run zoom-window, the size of the tab increases slightly. A second zoom-window, hides the tab and increases the file window size. Subsequent zoom-window commands continue to toggle between the two states (as expected). So just the initial state is weird -- it thinks its zoomed but it's not really zoomed?
If I close (with window zoomed so no tab is shown) and then re-open the project the same thing repeats.
I'm running on Windows 7 x64.
