B2: Buffer window, selected buffer in window isn't current

Win 10 x64, Brief emulation.  The selected buffer when I hit Alt-B seems to be the first in the list rather than the one I was using.  This is annoying because I have used the key sequence Alt-B, Alt-D to kill my current buffer for a good many SE versions and I now end up deleting the wrong buffer.

This just missed B3.  It's fixed for B4.
