SE don't support smart ptr?
« on: April 03, 2007, 01:16:35 pm »
I write code like this:
CComPtr<IUnknown> ptruno;
ptruno->

SE can't show auto-complete list.

This was recently fixed, after SlickEdit 2007 (version 12.0.0) was released. The fix will be included as part of the 12.0.1 release. (Coming soon, but we don't have a firm date set just yet. It will be announced on this forum and via e-mail)

PS. This problem with CComPtr had to do with it being inside the ATL namespace, which has some forward declarations that were confusing the parser. This also affected smart pointer inside the std:: namespace, like std::auto_ptr. Both cases are working now.
