Its odd that there is a "New" button for adding a tool, but a "X" for deleting.
For consistency, it should either be ("+" and "X"), or ("Add" and "Remove")
The Advanced button could then be moved down to the middle section (near "Menu Caption"), making it clear that it operates on a specific tool and its settings don't apply to all the tools.
