vs11 corrupt configuration after opening vs9 projects

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone had encountered problems when migrating from vs9 to vs11. We are seeing some weird issues with the vslick configuration - the end-of-line characters gets corrupted, the tag files are invalidated and has to be rebuilt, etc...

Is there any known procedure for upgrading vs9 to vs11 with regard to existing projects ? Is a special export-import process needed ?
