Need help: moving around with arrow keys is erratic

I am using SlickEdit Pro 2015 (v20.0.1.3 64-bit) [new install after re-installation of workstation] and In the process of breaking in the vslick configuration.

The arrow keys started behaving like they have a mind of their own. I hit the down arrow, up it goes. Not all the time, just when it feels like. I hit right arrow, cursor goes up, or down. Sometimes to goes right.

restarting vslick does not fix this.

Never heard of anything like this.

Try starting SlickEdit with a new config:

vs +new -sc <dir-does-not-exist>

If that doesn't fix it, try switching keyboards.
