In Tools > Options > Appearance > Special Characters
Unicode and non-unicode editor windows have different settings for special characters.
The Unicode version of Specials is much better -- can we just always use that instead of the simpler non-unicode veiw specials?
Also: I'd like to see ViewSpecials bit a bit more flexible - let it treat some characters that are not in the 0...31 range as special.
