SlickC Tagfiles doesn't upgrade automatically

On two different machines when I installed B4 (and B3) Slick didn't update the slickC.vtg file automatically.


It still points to the *.e files from the previous beta.


I have to manually goto TagFile and retag - then it updates to the current *.e files.

I'll look into this.  We don't normally migrate configuration settings between beta versions, but maybe I can do something about this one.

If it is only a beta thing, then no worries.
