Open a tool like Calculator or git Repo browser - a top level window that isn't always on top of Slick.
Keep keyboard focus on this window and place the mouse cursor over a number in the main slick editor.
When the number popup opens, slick is brought in front of the other Slick windows - it should not be.
What is that popup called?
Giving it a title in the popup itself would make it easier to find any options to control it in Options, or help topics about it.
