Note: Requires a file wide/long enough that exposes both the horizontal and vertical scroll bars.
Steps:
- Use the mouse to drag the horizontal scroll bar
- Use the scroll wheel or the keyboard to move the cursor up or down
- Note that the vertical scroll bar is not updating
The vertical scroll bar will 'appear' to correct each time you start dragging the horizontal scroll bar, but will not actually work until you either move to EOF or drag the vertical scroll bar.
