RC4: Error reading file

I want to upload a file to support.slickedit.com under "RC4: Error reading file", but it seems down, I am getting "Connection Refused". Let me know when it is back up.

After I am able to upload, here are steps to reproduce:

Unzip the file.
Open the file in SE: trace_020c_uls_l1_srs_power_report_t.xls
Go to line 162824.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Home to highlight everything from line 0 to line 162824.
Press <DELETE> to delete all these lines.
File->Save as "cut.xls"

You will observe a popup: "Error reading file"

The file does appear to be saved properly though, but I'm not sure because of the "Error reading file"

Try now. Things are just starting to work again.

It is still saying "Connection refused".

Hmm...Things were working. Now I'm not sure what's going on. We had a critical piece of network hardware fail today...Fun! When I can get in and check things, I'll post again.

The size of the file compressed is about 10MB. Is that too big to upload to the forum? If small enough, I can upload it to this post.

I might not need it. I made up my own test file and am seeing a problem. Save works fine. Save as does not.

Don't need it your test file. There's a new optimization that isn't quite right. Had to pull it for now.
