<project>_cpp.h and preview window enhancements

  • <project>_cpp.h (C/C++ preprocessor tweaks), but still usercpp.h as default
  • alternate (v11) style Preview TB - symbol(s) in dropdown, no HTML pane
  • show BEGIN/END code snippet in Preview TB when near or at the opposite END/BEGIN symbol/brace (maybe only if it's not visible)
